Who We Are... Spa and Club Ideations, LLC provides a unique blend of ideas and creations to the spa, fitness and recreation industry. Michele is the owner and a nationally certified instructor in Health & Fitness, Aquatic and Chair exercise specializing in the Older Active Adult. She is a two time Ohio State Veteran Women’s Open Racquetball Champion, a Central Ohio Women's Open Doubles Racquetball Champion, has completed four marathons and continues to enjoy a very active lifestyle. Michele has worked in this exciting industry for more than 30 years. Her experience started with management leadership at the Sawmill Athletic Club, Columbus, OH, a 10,000 member based facility, which required dual roles for her as their Racquetball Teaching Pro and Program Director. Years later, she formed a personal fitness training company, Firm Fitness Inc., Orlando, FL., in which Michele was co-owner and President. During those successful years, this company provided personal fitness trainers, athletic trainers, massage therapists and CPR instructors to individuals and companies alike. A few of the more prominent companies were the Walt Disney Company, Orlando, FL and Isleworth Golf & Country Club, Windermere, FL along with special events such as the NFL Quarterback Challenge. In the late 90’s she served as the Director of Family Activities in a start-up opportunity: the Belfair Golf and Country Club of Hilton Head, SC. A 17-acre multi sport venue facility required her to take a new concept from construction to operation. This experience was followed by other accomplished Spa, Fitness & Activities management roles in private country clubs and resorts for both members and guests in Florida and California. Having five current national certifications, Michele then pursued a personal passion to work with the older active adult. She taught both aquatic and land exercise classes, along with organizing and leading all activities for the older active adult group at the Santa Clarita, CA YMCA. During this same time period she taught chair exercise at multiple assisted living communities in the Santa Clarita Valley. After several years she was recruited to Summerhill Villa, an Independent and Assisted Living Community in Santa Clarita, CA and soon became their Activities Director. Currently Spa & Club Ideations, LLC provides Hospitality Lead Processing and Market Research support to dealer managers and their dealer network in the USA, Canada, Asia-Pacific, EMEA, Latin America and the Caribbean islands for a prominent global leader in fitness equipment manufacturing and sales. What We Do... Since 2001 Spa & Club Ideations has provided consulting services to clients in the country club, resort, spa, private club and athletic club businesses. In the past five years our focus has been delivering Hospitality Lead Processing and Market Research to fitness equipment dealer managers and dealer network companies on a contractual basis. Leads include many venues from both government and private sectors such as; country clubs, resorts, spas, condominium and apartment developments, senior living developments, fire and police departments, school districts, colleges, universities, parks and recreation community and senior centers, fitness clubs and YMCA’s. Leads are sent on a daily basis as they are processed. All leads are selected for the specific needs of our clients containing vital time lines and all pertinent contact information. Also included with these leads are all available attachments that can be provided. This information is put into word documents; PDF’s or Excel spreadsheets and sent via email to the appropriate sales individuals. Copies of all leads are archived by Spa & Club Ideations and may be resent if needed by our client’s sales team. Monthly Lead tracking sheets & category summary spreadsheets are provided to all individuals and management as designated in the contract. The research and compiling of information is done by Spa & Club Ideations and is sent directly to the appropriate sales personnel so that they can begin the bidding process and do what they do best, which is SELLING!
